Wave Distributor Motor - Removal
Figure 5-20: Removing the Wave Distributor Motor
1. Remove the appliance – Refer to Section 5.1.
2. Remove the top cover – Refer to Section 5.2.
3. Discharge the high voltage capacitor – Refer to Section 5.3.
4. Refer to Figure 5-20 – Removing the Wave Distributor Motor.
5. Unplug the connectors from the motor (Item 4)
6. Remove the broiler element retaining nut.
7. Lower the broiler element in oven cavity.
8. Remove ceiling cover retaining screws (Item 1).
9. Remove ceiling cover (Item 2).
10. Pull the guide plate from the motor shaft (Item 3).
11. Remove the motor retaining screws (Item 5).
12. Remove the motor.
Important!
After the appliance is re-assembled, perform the Microwave Leakage
Test (Refer to Section 5-11).
