Description of functions The following functions are available on your ventilation hood, depending on the model: Vented mode (requires DAG 600 internal blower as optional accessory) The cooking vapors are drawn in by the ventilation system. The air is then passed via the edge extraction panel through the grease filters, cleaned and then directed outside.

Cleaning and care Removing the panel and grease Grease filters and edge filters extraction panel The edge extraction panel and the reusable metal grease filters in the appliance remove solid particles (grease, dust, etc.) from the kitchen vapors, preventing soiling of the hood.
