A To delete the fault message: Switch the washing machine off with the
I-ON/0-OFF button.
– The water outlet is
blocked or restricted.
– The drain hose has
been fixed too high.
– The water inlet is
blocked or restricted.
The water protection
system has reacted.
The drum light is not
locked in position.
There is a fault.
– Clean the fluff filter and
the drain pump.
– The maximum drain
height is 1 m.
Check whether
– the stopcock is opened
wide enough.
– the inlet hose is kinked.
Call the Service
Department.
Check that the drum light is
sitting correctly.
Start the programme again.
If the fault message
appears again, contact the
Service Department.
