Extras
Selecting extras
You can use extras to adjust the pro-
grammes.
To do this, you can select or deselect
the extras before starting the selected
programme.
Touch the Extras sensor control.
Select the extra you want and confirm
with OK.
Extras that cannot be combined with
the selected programme or extra are in-
dicated by a lock symbol.
If necessary, a corresponding message
appears on the display.
In this instance, confirm the message
with OK.
Press the Start sensor control to start
the programme.
You can set whether the selected extras
are to remain permanently activated for
the respective programme (see "Set-
tings – Saving extras").
BottleClean
You can select the BottleClean extra to
increase the cleaning performance of
the programmes for tall, narrow hollow
containers, e.g. beer glasses, drinking
bottles. Load items that have been
placed in the glass and bottle holders in
the lower basket are cleaned particu-
larly thoroughly (see "Loading the dish-
washer – FlexCare Glass & Bottle").
When this extra is activated, the pro-
gramme running time is extended and
the cleaning temperature may increase.
This will increase the water consump-
tion and energy consumption.

IntenseZone
You can select the IntenseZone extra to
increase the cleaning performance of
the programmes in the lower basket.
When this extra is activated, the pro-
gramme running time is extended and
the cleaning temperature increases.
This will increase the water consump-
tion and energy consumption.
Extra clean
You can select this extra to increase the
cleaning performance of the pro-
grammes.
When this extra is activated, the pro-
gramme running time is extended and
the cleaning temperature increases.
This will increase the water consump-
tion and energy consumption.
Extra dry
You can select this extra to increase the
programme's drying performance.
When this extra is activated, the pro-
gramme running time is extended and
the final rinse temperature increases.
This will increase energy consumption.
