Unexpected behaviour
Problem
When you place a pot or
a pan on the cooktop
the corresponding
numerical keybank
does not appear.
The symbol lights up. The pans are too close together.
You reposition a pan
and the set power level
starts to flash.
You reposition a pan,
the set power level
goes out and 0 lights
up.
An area switches itself
off automatically.
An area is not working
in the usual way on the
power level selected.
An area or the whole
cooktop switches off
automatically.
The Booster has
automatically switched
off early.

Possible cause and remedy
The pan cannot be detected in this position because
it is very small.
Reposition the pan. If it is still not detected, use a
different pan.
The pan is unsuitable.
Use suitable pans (see "Cookware").
Reposition the pans. Move the pans one after the
other, not all at the same time.
The pan cannot be detected.
Touch the flashing power level.
If the power level continues to flash, reposition the
pan.
The pan cannot be detected.
Reset the power level.
It has been operated for too long.
Set a power level again (see "Safety features -
Safety switch-off").
The overheating protection mechanism has been
activated.
