Make sure that the supply of cool air is not hindered in any way (e.g., by installing heat insulation strips in the cabinet niche). In addition, the required supply of cool air must not be excessively heated by other heat sources.

Excessively long cooking times can lead to food drying out and burning, or may even cause it to catch fire.
